At Wildform Theory, every shirt is made to order as part of our commitment to reducing waste. We do not keep printed inventory — each piece is uniquely created when you order it.

To offer more creative freedom and color choices, we provide several shirt styles and fits. Because of this and our custom production process, please make sure to inquire about sizing if unsure. Support@wildformtheory.com Subject line: Help with Sizing.
Please be sure to review our size and fit guide carefully and ask any questions before placing your order. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 10 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Your satisfaction is MOST important to us, and appreciate your understanding. If you have any questions, please contact our customer support team. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, please reach out via email so we can make it right.
For incorrect or faulty items, please contact us via email within 10 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number in the subject line and a photo of the item’s condition. We will work together to resolve the issue.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@wildformtheory.com. Please review email for the return address.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
We take pride in creating each item with care and attention. Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and promptly make it right.
Exchanges
Every Wildform Theory piece is made to order — created just for you once you place your order. Because of that, we don’t offer traditional returns or stock-based exchanges.
That said, your comfort and happiness matter to us. If your item doesn’t fit quite right, we’re happy to offer a Free First-Time Size Exchange.
Free First-Time Size Exchange
If your tee or sweatshirt doesn’t fit quite right, your first exchange is on us.
To start an exchange, email support@wildformtheory.com within 10 days of delivery with your order number and the new size you need.
Once approved, we’ll send you simple next steps and a prepaid label if eligible.
To qualify:
• Exchange must be for the same design and color, different size only.
• Item must be unworn and unwashed.
• Applies to your first exchange per order.
✨ Holiday Exception:
We know many of our pieces are given as gifts. Orders placed between November 1st and December 25th may be exchanged through January 10, as long as they meet the same guidelines above.
If you’re just outside the 10-day window, please still reach out — we’ll do our best to help.
Refunds
Because each piece is printed on demand, we typically issue replacements or store credit rather than refunds. However, if there’s a situation that can’t be resolved through those options, we’ll review it individually to ensure you’re completely happy.
Sustainability & Fairness
Made-to-order production reduces waste and keeps our collections truly unique.
Our flexible exchange approach helps us stay sustainable while still taking great care of our customers.
Incomplete Orders / Missing Items
If your order arrives incomplete, we’ll process a replacement for the missing items. Claims for missing items must be submitted within 10 days of the order being marked as delivered.
Additional conditions apply for items lost or damaged in transit. Proof of purchase and photo/video evidence may be required. Replacement orders will be processed once we confirm the issue.
